Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
